Faith Made Me Whole

Of late I have been thinking back to all the times in my life when I have severe illnesses of some sort along with their symptoms that plagued my daily life and the debilitating side effects to medication I was given.  Majority of these illnesses were never identified by medical personal, most of the other side effects I experienced were ignored; they could never seem to diagnose the cause or determine a successful solution.

The devil had his hand in these illnesses, and did his best to slow me down, stop me, and even kill me, but God always came through!

I have been healed more times than I can count and no medical professional can take the credit!

Yet, I find myself speaking the physical facts rather than the biblical truth each time I have an ailment.  Why?  I find myself explaining to people what I feel and what appears to be the problem rather than speaking the Word of God, which is the Truth and has the power to heal me!!

“And He said to her, Daughter, your faith (your trust and confidence in Me, springing from faith in God) has restored you to health.  Go in (into) peace and  from your [distressing bodily disease.” Mark 5:34 AMP

“He personally bore our sins in His [own] body on the tree [as on an altar and offered Himself on it], that we might die (cease to exist) to sin and live to righteousness.  By His wounds you have been healed.”  I Peter 2:24 AMP

It’s already been done!

“Who satisfies your mouth [your necessity and desire at your personal age and situation] with good so that your youth, renewed, is like the eagle’s [strong, overcoming, soaring]!”  Pslams 103:5 AMP

God gives us words to speak – Biblical Truth!

“But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole.” Isaiah 53:5 AMP

Peace of God

“Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:7 NLT

“And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:7 KJV

“And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:7 NIV

And the peace of God [that peace which reassures the heart, that peace] which transcends all understanding, [that peace which] stands guard over your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus [is yours].” Philippians 4:7 AMP

So many good translations, but words lack the ability to describe what living in God’s peace truly means.  I am unable to describe the peace that consumes my life.  I pray that those who read this will experience peace like this in their lifetime.

Rid Yourself of the Negatives

Where there is: no negative attitudes, no doubt, no skepticism, no criticism, no judgement…
There is abounding: faith, love, hope, joy, happiness, peace and brotherly kindness!

“Do not judge and criticize and condemn [others unfairly with an attitude of self-righteous superiority as though assuming the office of a judge], so that you will not be judged [unfairly]. For just as you [hypocritically] judge others [when you are sinful and unrepentant], so will you be judged; and in accordance with your standard of measure [used to pass out judgment], judgment will be measured to you.” Matthew 7:1-2 Amp

“Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.” Matthew 7:1-2 KJV

Expectations, Dreams and Desires

It is amazing how your expectations, dreams and desires grow after spending several days around faith filled Christians who are not hindered by religious traditions! Over the past week my children and I have been blessed with prayers, compliments, smiles, money, gifts, teachings, and God delivered promises for us and our future! My mother was also blessed on this trip in many ways. God lead us there and brought us home safely.

“What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?” Romans 8:31 KJV

The Fruits of Our Labor

As God continues to lead me and guide me through life, guided by that small voice so often overlooked or ignored by many, I can see changes unfolding in front of me, I am witnessing God’s blessing on myself and those around me, and I can see God moving showing Himself to those who believe. The changes I have made and those I continue to make are producing many good fruits that the children and I are enjoying very much! If you are not enjoying life’s fruits then perhaps you need to reevaluate the seeds you are planting and weigh them against God’s Word; His measuring scale. God Bless!

Doors of Opportunity

I want to thank all of you who purchased my book recently and those of you who continue to support my efforts.  Things are looking up…doors of opportunity are opening all over the place!  After several long weeks where I felt like I was off track and treading water, God once again has led me back to His path for me.  Everything is falling into place and God is continuing to bless me and my children each and every day.  How has God blessed you this year?

Count Your Blessings Daily!

Each day of this new year (2018) I could see daily blessings above-and-beyond the norm for the kids and me.  As the days went by, I began to run circles.  I was treading water while looking to God for peace and answers.  Yesterday they came!  My patience opened doors and God was able to established my plans that had me running in circles!!!  Today, I am sitting back, calm and relaxed; enjoying the snow, all the while counting my daily blessings once again!  Have you counted your daily blessings today?
